We have partnered with a growing organization in the greater Concord NH area who is in immediate need of an Accounting Clerk to join their finance team.

The job responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk will be:
- to review all paperwork for accuracy
- post payments
- Retrieve information from financial institutions
- Ad hoc projects

The ideal qualifications for the Accounting Clerk position are:
- understanding of credits vs debits
- accounting knowledge
- attention to detail
- customer service
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred

- Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

- Spreadsheet and ERP system experience preferred

- Banking letters of credit experience

- Banking credit analysis experience desired

- Approve Credit experience

- Well-founded grasp of data entry

- Experience with contract administration

- Post Payments experience

- Proven knowledge of Customer Contracts
