We are looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and are currently seeking a Director, Revenue Management & Trade Marketing to work from our Corporate Offices in Hanover, PA. This position is responsible for developing the brand's DSMP (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising & Pricing) strategies and ensuring Net Price Realization via effective pricing strategies and continuous trade efficiency.. This position requires CPG sales experience, working knowledge of Trade Promotion Management systems (TPM), and an understanding of Trade ROI and P&L Management. The qualified candidate for this position must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field; an MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a basic knowledge of general business topics. This position will report to the Senior Director, Revenue Management & Trade Marketing.. Key Responsibilites. Work with Brand to provide best in class selling materials to Field Sales.. Drive Brand DSMP (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising & Pricing) strategies.. Monitor pricing strategies ensuring Field Sales is driving Net Price Realization.. Own customer planning driving continuous improvement and simplification across all channels/customers while understanding the building blocks that make up the plans.. Drive trade investment efficiency/effectiveness working closely with Field Sales (e.g., provide trade best practices, trade guidelines, etc.). Provide selling support to Field Sales (Brand expert) when needed.. Work cross functionally (Sales Finance, Field Sales, etc.) to drive trade efficiency/effectiveness.. Drive business development opportunities across channels/customers for the brands under scope of responsibility (i.e., be the brand champion for the Field).. Work with Brand to ensure timely, accurate and concise communication to Field Sales (e.g., new items, key initiatives, pricing, discontinuations, etc.). About Our Company.
