Responsibilities also include assisting with risk identification, determining impacts of change requests, and status reporting. These efforts include routine maintenance, emergency maintenance, repair, re-supply, fit-testing, and training. The FSR will be managed by the Project Manager and feedback will be provided to the functional manager for performance evaluations by the Program manager and Project manager.This position will work an average of 40 hours per month.

Qualification Required:

  • FEMA IS-5 Introduction to Hazardous Materials (Available on-line)
  • FEMA IS-100 Introduction to the Incident Command System (Available on-line)
  • FEMA IS-200 ICS for single action resources and initial action incidents (Available online)
  • FEMA IS-700 Introduction to the National Incident Management System (Available online)
  • FEMA IS-800 Introduction to the National Response Framework (Available on-line)
  • FEMA IS-810 Emergency Support Function; Oil and hazardous materials response (Available on-line)
  • IFSAC/ProBoard Hazardous Materials Awareness (Certification required)
  • IFSAC/ProBoard Hazardous Materials Operations (Certification required)
  • MSA Altair 5X Multigas Detector care and use (Available on-line)
  • MSA Millennium CBRN Gas Mask care and use (Available on-line)
  • IFSAC/ProBoard Fire Instructor I (Certification required)
  • This position will require a candidate that is Highly trained in CBRN Equipment Operation and maintenance and Fire Fighter Hazmat Response.

    This positionwill require that a candidate have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
