The Strategic Agile Product Coach partners closely with the Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Owners to develop and drive the agile product team's vision and strategy. The Product Coach defines the roadmaps for the Product's target state and leads the agile team to achieve this target-state vision. The Product Coach is responsible for coaching teams on defining and prioritizing their backlog, to deliver business vision and priorities. The Product Coach provides constant feedback to the agile teams and helps the teams follow a vision. Responsible for ensuring the Product team is aligned with project requirements they are accountable for. The Product Coach must have a well-developed understanding of customer needs, aligned with business objectives and build close relationships with key stakeholders to define the business strategy for the Product. Responsible for managing Product/Journey activity for cross business line's experiences. Works with Product Owners to formulate value and objectives. Potentially manages a team of coaches. Coaches Projects/Products that are extremely complex and have considerable difficulty. Has expert knowledge in relevant domains, products, and journeys. Incumbent has expert communication skills, able to indirectly influence others, and collaborates in insightful problem solving. Recognized as an expert in assigned Journey area. Incumbent typically has a Masters degree and over five years of related product management, agile and/or coaching experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : 1. Coach the end-to-end product strategy from inception, and determine business value to be created. 2. Report directly to Agile executive and partner with business owners (e.g., Mortgage Experience Owner) and owns outcomes of agile product team. 3. Coach to define integration plans across the agile product teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end experience across the journey supported by utilities. 4. Work closely with the IT Architect and developers to see how the product/journey will integrate with the bank's architecture and be re-usable across future journeys. 5. Ensure customer-driven design across user pain points, market needs, and usability test results. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience -At least 10 years experience in IT. -At least 3 years experience with Product Management, agile practices and transformation of large organizations. Preferred Skills/Experience Extensive experience in: -System development life cycle -Agile development - Business Agile practices - Product Management, Product Discovery/Delivery, product mapping techniques -Agile team coaching, Product team coaching -Cross Product quarterly planning -Executive and leader level coaching for Agile, Product -DevOps experience desired but not required Subject matter expert in: -Product Management -Agile Development -IT Development / leadership -Coaching for Agile Product teams in Business and Technology -Agile and Product Management toolsets (VersionOne, Jira, Mural and /or other related toolsets) Job: Information Technology Primary Location: Minnesota-MN-Minneapolis Shift: 1st - Daytime Average Hours Per Week: 40 Requisition ID: 190025086 Other Locations: United States U.S. Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
