The Director of Facilities is responsible for leadership and managing the performance, operations and accountability for the Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Transportation Departments inclusive of Valet. Transportation and Valet with contracted to third party but must be managed by the Director, Property Management. This includes developing budgets and operating strategies and performance goals and objectives for each department. Specific Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for leading and managing the planning, controlling, communicating and implementing procedures and processes for the overall efficient operations of Maintenance and Housekeeping departments. Educational Requirements Requires a four (4)-year college degree or equivalent work experience. Seven (7) to ten (10) years experience in managing and supervising in the gaming hospitality or entertainment industry inclusive of line and staff team members in each of the functional areas: Maintenance; Housekeeping, Transportation and Valet. Must be able to obtain the required license for the position as determined by the Pennsylvania Gaming Commission. V. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and ability to sit for long periods of time.
