Family Practice physician job in New Hampshire : Unique primary care opportunity available to join a rural, Federally Qualified Health Center located in Northern NH. This group of primary care providers consists of Family Practitioners, Internists, Pediatricians and mid-level providers at three clinical offices. There are a total of 13FTE providers. Office has EHR (Centricity) that is well established and efficient, implemented in 2002. New physician will have the option of participating in educational opportunities supervising medical students, residents, and PA/NP students. Position is full scope FP (excluding OB) including small procedures and treating patients of all ages. Sports medicine is an option if desired. Full time is considered five office days seeing anywhere from 16-22 patients but the schedule is flexible. One evening is required 1x/month on a fixed day, there is no afterhours call, and the inpatient responsibilities are extremely limited (1-3 days/month). Most of the practitioners elect to see patients for a half day on weekends 1x/month but this is not required. This group is affiliated with a local critical access hospital and there is 24/7 hospitalist coverage through their program. Position is generously salaried for the first 18 months with the opportunity for productivity bonuses in addition after that.
